Naeelah brings over four years of hands-on ABA experience to her role as Co-Founder and Case Manager, spanning home-based therapy, school facilitation, and early childhood education. She combines certified clinical knowledge with a practical, family-centred approach.

As Co-Founder and Case Manager, Naeelah is each family's dedicated point of contact. She oversees the individualised programme, coordinates the therapy team, keeps families informed, and works directly with the Clinical Director on clinical decisions.

Akil is a Qualified Behaviour Analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental delays and behavioural needs. Trained in the United States, he has established ABA centres across several African countries and contributed to the training of therapists, parents, and schools throughout the continent.

As Clinical Director, Akil designs and supervises the curriculum architecture behind every Halcyon programme, keeping support evidence-based, ethical, and connected to the child's real life.

Trevor is an Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician and Senior Behaviour Therapist with more than nine years of experience supporting children with autism, learning differences, and developmental support needs across South Africa, Ghana, and Mozambique.

As Co-Founder and Case Manager at Halcyon, Trevor focuses on programme coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration, caregiver coaching, and practical behaviour support implementation that helps families, therapists, and schools build sustainable systems beyond session-based intervention.
